Top Tv channel pixelization

I have got very good signal it is not only by me my father in JHB also noticed it
 
Lol at all TopTV subscribers. I pay less for my uncapped internet connection and can download the latest episodes of any series in HD... with no pixelation or white overexposure or lipsyncing problems...
 
Pixelation

I have been noticing this pixelation on ID and Discovery Science as well as on Lifestyle and Living and some music channels. The problem seems to vary in severity at different times. Asked TopTV on their website about this and their response was to have my installation checked. But my signal strength etc are exactly the same as on the day the dish was installed. Might be moving soon and will see what happens when the installation is done at the new premises.
 
Got the same thing on the same channels in Durban. Seems to be on the kiddie channels (JimJam) too, in some cases worse than the Discovery channel.

Where does one get uncapped for R249?

Telkom Line Rental R 150 ?
Mweb uncapped R 349 including ADSL line

Thats R500?
