Hi,

TopTV got my email address incorrectly the first time they captured my details.
I did not receive account statements from them and contacted them at [email protected]
They have since changed my email address to the correct address but I have not received any statements. The change happened about 2 months ago.

I have tried contacting TopTV to send me a statement but to no avail.
Does anyone have a email address for someone whom I can contact regarding this?

I am at the point where I am thinking of canceling. This is a major issue for me.
 
You want to cancel because you're not getting statements?

Just phone them, get a reference number - and if you don't get a statement - don't pay them.

I am not getting a response from TopTV. That is my problem. It is not so much about the statements as to the problem of getting support/service.

Yes - because you'll get a response from them for not paying... and then you can tell them you didn't know you owe anything because you didn't receive a statement.

Rest assured that I will continue to be a TopTV customer.
 
My gripe is similar, they keep sending sms'es that i have not yet settled my account.

Even though i pay early and have over payed R50 for my premium subscription.

I phoned them every month for the last 2 months and we went over all the payment details together including showing them proof of payment.

This is seriously starting to tick me off and if they dare cut me, they better remember about a new law!

CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 2010.

Please don't be another Neotel, TopTV.
