oooooh ,check the heater core inside the cab .look for wet carpet or see if you can smell the coolant inside .alternatively block the heater pipes for a while and note levels2008 Isuzu KB300 D-TEQ
There should be a label in your engine that specifies the type. Go with that one as priority, next priority would be colour matched, then adding distilled water, then water, then universal. At least in my mind.
I am surprised no one mentioned the water being distilled xD your tap water will be fine, just don't tell anyone or the wrath will come down upon you from the internetz
