It is all good and well that the TopTV contact centre is ready for the next wave of subscribers. The problem, however, is with the installers. I got my decoder last Sunday. I'm still waiting for the installation. The installation was scheduled for today, but they never showed up. I'm slowly loosing interest in TopTV.
Same here, i booked my installation with SATS-R-US just after i purchased the decoder on launch date and i'm also still waiting. Was told yesterday that the install was canceled due to SATS not getting paid by TopTV only to get a phone call today to say that my install will go ahead. Well no installer pitched up so now what !!
