They have been paid a month in advance R249 and they cant supply the service !!!!!
I have done what is required from my side or am i missing something??

I waited 10min on the 0860 number, once answered I was registered in 5minutes. Called installer on tuesday, he's coming early tomorrow morning to install. Yay.

The installer we arranged last week Tuesday says that they are not doing any more installs till they get paid by TopTV.

I have already paid the difference required for the month, guess I'll get credited but am not very happy about this.
