Torchlight 2 - who's getting it?

So after about 16 hours of gametim with torchlight, I decided to go back and try out D3 again, and without a doubt I genuinely feel that TL is better.

LVL 75 Beserker Yep still here and enjoying it.

Have a feeling that once I get to 100 or come end of the month I will be moving on to Borderlands 2. Still waiting for a friend to get a copy before we move on.

Ok wow this game is actually pretty long, total game time is 23 hours so far, that is with exploring and doing every single thing I can find and I am still not finished yet, TBH D3 is better in some aspects but I feel TL2 is still the winner, people need to keep in mind when comparing; TL2 budget was way less than that of D3, The time it took to make TL2 was also much quicker, we all know how long took for D3 to come out, then also the staff size of Runic compared to Blizzard is alot less, so for such a small company to produce something almost on par with D3, just shows how they probably didn't actually put that much effort into the game itself,only reason D3 was such a success was purely because of publicity and advertising, it's almost like you tricked into thinking that it is a great game, if TL2 got that much publicity before release it would be in the same place in popularity.

So my hope for Runic Games next move, this is if they had a good tunover,if not I dont mind another TL but just saying. I hope they actually scrap the TL series, and start with something with alot more lore,also I hope they'd scrap the cartoony side of the game, there is nothing really wrong with it I guess it just doesn't feel "mature", iv'e always visioned ARPG as a "evilish" type of genre, then again I actually love the mechanical levels, other than that, you can feel game is polished and they put alot of effor into all the little different things.

No where did I say it is bad graphics, it is more like the graphics don't add that type of mood to the game, lets see how good crysis is when it's only 8 bit, it won't give the game the same feel, graphics aren't everything, but it does contribute towards the vibe the game gives.
