What a joke. Youtube has been crap for a while now and i cant even load 480p videos without it taking ages.

My selected torrents was virtually dead throughout the whole day on my Mweb 1 meg account. I just switched ISP`s and the problem is solved. I`m currently running on the openweb (1Mbps Standard Uncapped – R109pm) trial package.I`ve been connected to openweb for about 2 minutes now and utorrent is running between 98 - 111 kB/s - Now this is performance. I don`t mind torrents being slow during office hours, but at night I expect to get the service and speed i`m paying for.

Jesus people. Are you new to the internet? Add 'https' in front of any Youtube url to make the video load faster. And stop downloading over P2P.

Same here...but I think its more of a seeing problem because on this torrent

this morning i was getting 114KB/s now (19:29) its creeping.

Ive also timed out on BF3 a few times and browsing was dead slow...


Yet mweb guy said nothing was wrong with my line....

Newsgroups are also crawling.. cant connect at all to to mweb news and getting 16kb from astraweb

Well just got home now, and trackers are working (6of8) but only getting 30 kbps. Going to try a few different torrents, if not luck I will try a file host subscription before jumping ship.

I did 167MB torrent wise in the past 2 hours since getting home. Weird, wonder what the cause is for other getting bad speeds.

Okay, just got home from gym, stupid mweb issues - have 5 well seeded torrents going (well not really going anywhere) and all 8of8 trackers have timedout. And it is now 9:45pm, well after office hours.

Not me. All 8of8 trackers timedout, torrents coming in at 5kbps, and it's 12:30am!

Still broken. Some torrents finished over night but not really impressed considering how long it took. Now the one is still busy but all trackers timedout and dl at 10kbps.

I've also got problems.
was on 1m premium and torrents would be slow and erratic.
Went away for a few weeks and when I got back last week I upgraded to 2m. For the first week, torrents were flying, all day and night, no issues.
For the last 3 days though, back to the same old crap, nothing during the day, and now even at night there are problems.
MWEB are basically asking us to move elsewhere...

What upsets me the most about this is that saying 1meg is unthrottled is a blatant lie.

If I had the same speeds the entire month then one could say its unthrottled.

"Dynamic shaping" that adjusts to your download volume is throtteling. They're just calling it something else.

Had the same problem.

Signed up with for an openweb account and instantly the torrents started connecting to peers and started downloading.

Got the standard 4MB uncapped and now (13:29) getting speeds on utorrent of 695kB/s. Basically getting my line speed.
