Track 3G Bandwidth usage

Can anyone advise how I can track the amount of Bandwidth I've used with my MTN 3g Card ?

On my home pc I use a little program called netmeter to track usage. I ll try and find the link for the program

It shows upload / download speeds and stores usage stats and makes usage projections. You can also set a limit per day/week/month so you can get a pop up message to warn you when you are nearing your set limit. Pretty good program considering it is free
