Tracking ISP FTTH orders with Telkom

How does one go about getting this done with ISPAfrika? I've sent a request to them thrice with my address and they never get back to me.

I called them. Got put straight through to the person that handled the entire process from start to finish.

Had my Telkom order number within 30 minutes of emailing my completed forms back.
 
Awesome. Can't wait! My DSL is atrocious at home, can't even load my email.
 
Hey guys - also can't track my order number anywhere until I got hold of someone through call centre that could help, randomly found out today that it's possible to track your wholesale FTTH order through the Telkom mobile app for Android - in-app you can click track order and it gives you the option of tracking via order number only :D show's my order as being processed and even showed the date when I received the order number

You can also track your order number on the ios app by clicking search by and selection Order Number. I applied through IspAfrika and it's showing my order as currently being processed.

Hey Caltonsk,

Has your Fibre been installed yet? If so...how long did it take for your order to move on from currently being processed?

My order took 4 weeks for it to be installed. Overall experience was great. Garth from ISPAFRIKA was excellent.

That is awesome! How long did it take for them to give you a call for installation?
My order is currently saying being processed on Telkom tracker.
 
I kept checking the status on the app and the status never changed. I'm not sure if they update the status.

Hope they call you soon to schedule your installation.

The service from Garth and ISPAFRIKA has been amazing!

I first ordered 100Mbps fibre from Webafrica. Almost a month and no order number from them or any updates.
Applied with ISPAFRIKA and within 20 minutes I got my order number from Garth.

Really can't wait to have it up and running.
