Should I call cape mail?

Seems it is still being processed by customs. At-least they answered the phone the first time I called.

You can phone them, but I doubt that will change anything. If they haven't moved yours from the initial "cage" in which it was received, they are basically unaware that it is in their position. Got my tv box on Friday (also Western Cape) but it was standing still at capemail for a week. Unless they need any documentation from you, you'll just have to wait it out.
