Yeah, but when I saw you online, you kept playing on a messed-up track that I could never finish >_>, and it was only 8 seconds... (Well, I did finish it, tho you get the idea...). And even worse, there was no one on...

Anyway, even that pales in comparison when I think about spending the last 6 or 7 days of last month(on local) playing single player, and getting gold on almost every track (180+ medals, which I was pretty chuffed about).
So then when my cap turns back on, I do my usual intl stuff, and around the 15th, I wanna go play online and get some more lp. I can't find my game anymore so I get worried about all my records. But I still think it's no problem, as it's an online account, and I go to play it on my laptop.
Then when I log-in, I find out that I only have 15 medals. Now I don't feel like going through that all over again >_> so I'm probably gonna take a break from TM now and play something else on local

Well I'm back again and must say the new modes are very interesting. Dirt tracks are quite tricky I must say

@leehar if u wanna back up your medals ... copy the following folders to cd/other machine/whatever

..\..\my documents\trackmania\profiles
..\..\my documents\trackmania\scores

if u copy those 2 folders to the other machine, then u will have your profile and medal count
your medal count is stored locally, but your online race wins/losses is stored online

Dread, how come when you go to this page below, it's shows your medals ? I think it somehow updates it on their servers, but when you play off-line maybe it does not.

well unfortunately i cant view that page, i only have the free version, but seeing as they have a ladder going for the medals as well, i assume that the game does upload that as well. My mistake ^^
But for leehar's case, the only way that he wouldn't have to replay tracks to get the medals on his other machine, would be to copy those folders
