Test if your ISP is manipulating BitTorrent traffic:

I tested on Telkom HSDPA:

--There's no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent uploads
--There's no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent downloads

It will be cool if you can do a test, give your IS name and show the results
