The past couple of days have been terrible.
The situation seems to getting worse rather than improving.

Why do the majority of filehosting sites not work with Iburst? Is Iburst perhaps purposely making them unusable? Reason I say this, is because a couple months ago I complained that netload wasnt working. Then Rooi "looked into the matter" for which I am very grateful, then all of a sudden it started working. :wtf:
P.S. netload isnt working anymore because of the problem mentioned below.
The rest of the filehosting sites only allow one download per IP address which I assume is being shared by all Iburst users because I have been trying to download from various ones and they keep telling me that there is already a download in progress from the IP I'm using. But I know this is BS as well, because they all have a countdown timer that tells you when you can start downloading again, and for the past two months I have not managed to download from any of them after trying to download as the timers hit zero.
The affected filehosting sites are (amongst many many many others): filesonic, fileserve, netload, turbobit and many others.
There is one file hosting site that does work constantly for me, but I would rather not mention it here because it may just stop working when I get home
So what are others experiences? What file hosting sites DONT WORK for you (please dont mention the ones that work).
We are in the process of updating our core equipment to cater for this. The hardware has arrived and it's just a question of it being scheduled.
I was trying to download a file this weekend using Cell-C, the file had been uploaded on multiupload so the file was available on rapidshare, megaupload, depositfiles, hotfile, zshare and uploading.I had the same problem as you. If you can, get a premium account on the file hosting sites you use the most. That will maybe be your best option at the end.
who decides what topics must be merged with others?
Agree with you, I do. That's why merged it, I did.+1. It is enough large issue.
Have you tried contacting the webmasters of the sites you are having trouble with and requesting they unblacklist iBurst's proxy?Bump...Why?? because it's still a MAJOR issue.

That's typical Telkom/Microsoft style suggestion from you.
Most ISPs use transparent proxies, and most websites don't have a problem with this.Blame everyone else and point fingers to anyone else when it's clearly an iBurst issue and been admited so.

This isn't a little Netgear that they can just quickly plug in... This is serious hardware. When will core equipment be "scheduled"?
