The deputy ministers who resigned are: Foreign Affairs, Aziz Pahad; Finance, Jabu Moleketi and Correctional Services, Loretta Jacobus.

This would have been discussed internally already, ad nauseum. Manuel would not resign IMO if he knew he was likely to be re-appointed. It has far too adverse an affect on the economy. And if it hasnt discussed, well then fsck me we are in deep **** with a future president who doesnt have the foresight of a goldfish...
