Depends. Neotel offer both PRI and SIP services. Save yourself some cash on hardware and take the SIP service.

I think it's 10 channels, but best is to speak to your Neotel sales rep.

30 Sip Channels minimum... They provide a full E1 service via SIP, you can upgrade the 30 Channels in bunches of 10

Their voice and fibre services are actually very good. I can't comment on their home products though.

Did you do a speedtest yet.
I've tested it and it is horrible.
