I can't find it in AVG's virus encyclopedia. Does anybody know whether it has any other names besides Cimuz.EL?

Well, Cimuz is a family of trojans with this EL extension being the worst ATM. I will try find out a little more about it wrt aliases etc.

I had this Virus creator once.
Played around with it and created a Trojan. Sent it to a friend as a test. I told him about it and he agreed.
WHAT A MISTAKE !
Some how it spreaded and I got all this CRAP info from all the users that was infected. I eventually had my internet disconnected. That was bout 4 years ago.
Why do people do this ? You get so much info from the Trojan that it would be usless to try and select 1 user's details to use. It's like spam e-mails but on a Massive scale !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was called vcl.(still have it) They spread this kind of think for financial gain not proof of concept.
