Im trying to cancel my current month 2 month contract with iBurst - I'm getting a new one sponsored by work through tradepage 
I sent a fax (7th May) and got a response from Taryn Chetty saying the retentions dept will get hold of me.. they didn't... I asked her to just make it happen and she referred me to the retentions dept again ... still no phone call
I tried calling .... but I couldn't wait on hold for that long... How the heck do I make sure my account gets cancelled?
