Rerun of Rustenburg, imho.

I think that is unlikely. In Rustenburg, DA and EFF were at the mercy of some supect parties that I honestly don't even know that much about.

In Johannesburg, on the other hand, DA and EFF are very close to the majority needed. Together they have 134 seats, just 2 short. IFP has 5 seats and FF+, ACDP, UDM and COPE have 1 seat each. All those parties, holding 9 seats, have pledged to work with DA. In IFP's case, in return for DA-supporting IFP in KZN hung councils.

The only way I see that DA could lose is if EFF does not vote for them. But Malema has said that their misgivings about Mashaba will not be derail their focus to unseat the ANC.

Now, Ekurhuleni, however, might very well go the Rustenburg route.

Not sure why according to our DA councilor they have to pay out of their own pocket for it.

ANC hooligans in the video staying true to themselves outdoing even EFF and even surpasing them to show themselves up as the clowns they really are and always have been. Lets hope the DA finds a way to be better than them in all aspects of service delivery in spite of the ANC even in humanity. Sore loosers.
