Morning. I'm desperate & new on forum so I hope I'm on right route here. Been off regularly and now completely since Wednesday. I'm a consultant and my own small company. My tools... connectivity and my car! Afrihost has been very nice over phone.... Thats it...and sadly not giving updates or correct details on outage issues. They're always asking for feedback on their service...what service been with Afrihost just on 5 years. Sent Gian mails already.... nothing. I get Afrihost is only middleman but then make sure you can support! It's been month end....I have reports to get out working ridiculous times to survive!
Now I'm unable to work...sorry Mr client...no can do. It's crippling my small business....and others too who's trying to contribute to our economy in SA ... Maybe take on 2-3 unemployed people... TT Connect is the absolute worst provider.... now I hear Vumatel is not better. Vox seems to be "working well"..... a relative term! Try and sign up....good luck.
So....is there anybody here that I can speak to and not a robot system because Afrihost does not take calls over a weekend you need to WhatsApp!!! .....vwho can advise... just get the true facts and lead times? Hotspot only takes me so far! I'm told I won't get out of my TT Connect contract.....sorry TT Connect you may bully some people.... I'm not 1 of them thanks
