TT Connect help

I have got a TT Connect FTTH line with Afrihost as the ISP.

Afrihost say that TT is the issue as the lights on their CPE are orange for the WAN and LAN.

I'm getting a public IP though ? But no internet

Anyone experienced this ?

Yes,

I had the exact same issue. I too am with Afrihost and TTconnect. Line worked for a week and then suddenly stopped working.

Fixing it involved getting a technician from TTconnect on the phone and me factory resetting that white router multiple times while he changed configurations on his end.

Didn't I read recently that some company is taking over TT Connect so you might be in luck and things could improve.

Isn't TT Connect so bad that Cool Ideas stopped taking orders for that network?

Also, signing up with Afrihost was a big mistake. Crap ISP on a crap fibre network. My condolences...
