There was issues with regards to connectivity last week, what is the issue?
Who is your ISP? You would need to log with them.The whole of yesterday and last night my connection was down, haven't managed to check today. Any reason why this was out and if it was sorted out?

Yeap either way the only reliable stick in the sand is a cable, if wireless (and to mobiles specifically) doesn't give anything clear.lol I think you know 99% of the time it's cables since I've been coming to you with all these problems TT Connect have been given us (thanks for that btw). But his was literally when I got home from work and the only device connected to my router was my phone

It might have been up for a short while but I didnt get any sue of it, when I got home from work and tried working from home, no connectivity, up to time of writing!
Have a client down again, last week, and now again. Seems the intermittent drops have stopped at least.
Yep, all our clients disconnected.Not for me. My internet just dropped for the third time today.
Some interesting behaviour that i found in the log file today upon failure of my internet connection.
Everytime the router updates DNS the connection drops

the whole log is filled with entries as above.
Funnily enough, I had to keep resetting my CPE for my line to come back up. Literally just called up TT Connect now. Their technical support is absolutely useless!
I'm telling the guy there's a problem, he tells me there not. Told him to take my number down and have his higher ups call me.
