TT Connect issues and representation

So I stay in Bedfordview and have offices in Meadowdale. Both have TT Connect coverage. afaik SA Fibre and Metro Fibre currently cover the areas.

Is it worth pulling the trigger?
 
Has anyone been connected again since this Fibre break? Mine is still off in Aloe Place! I am so sick of TT Connect last month I was reimbursed some money because a technician unplugged me and left me unplugged for 7 days! This for me has been far worse than Telkom ADSL and I have had Fibre for about 6 months now, all I can say is I am considering to move back to ADSL for stability. Especially when I have 100mbs up and 100mbs down Fibre I would rather go back to old fashion 20Mbs ADSL and be constant....

I live in Aloe Place as well. Evotel cut our line when they were digging outside the complex, across the road. They're currently splicing the new cables now.
 
I must be very lucky, with cisp and TT Connect in Acacia, only had 2 outages in the last 8 months, both lasted only a few hours. Must be all the digging and cr@p going on on Stoneridge drive giving the other complexes so much issues.
 
I hope it gets done before the weekend! I need to finsh up some work, and of course jam some PUBG!

Speak of the devil the internet is back up for us! Hope it lasts....
 
so spoke to the tech who came to replace my planet router, he basicaly admitted that the last batch of planet switches they imported have issues. In every area they have them they have issue. The great new is a new shippment is on its way from tawain :)

For our installation they put a Mikrotik RouterBoard FTC converter
 
I just lost connection four times in the space of one hour! It's a frustrating wow
 
Yeah, our connection in Dunvegan was down since last Monday. Then after calling them on Wednesday, our connection was up on Thursday and then down again today. It has just come back on now but for how long?...
 
So aside from the line downs the network seems to have stabilised packet loss wise. So some progress it seems.
 
Hi guys, how is been TT connect lately? Fiber has been available in my complex for a month or two now, but was not keen moving to fiber, because of the problems TT were experiencing for the last 6 months all around the place and the blaming game between them and the ISPs. Are there any improvements? And one more thing, how is Vox fiber, anyone using them?
