Hi All

So while I'm waiting for Cool Ideas to respond to my ticket i was wondering if any one here is having a similar issue. Since last night
I have noticed that the line has been dropping every 25-30 minutes and then reconnects. And it seems to be getting worse during the course of the night. Though I had some instances that lasted an hour.

The strange this is it works 100% for around the 30min to an hour and then the internet/connectivity just dies for around a minute or 2 and then the connectivity is back. All lights are green and everything is still connected just no connectivity. When i log into the router i can see the up time of the line then it resets when it connects again. This morning after checking i saw it was connected for a good solid 6 hours, and thought it was sorted and then it started again.

Is it the line or do you think that it is the router? I have rebooted and reset everything but to no win.

I am also on TTConnect, but I have different issues. But now came across this:
I am considering to switch to CI, but maybe my issue is TT not the ISP ...

DUE TO ONGOING ISSUES WITH TT CONNECT WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING NEW ORDERS.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but Cool Ideas have taken the decision to not take any new orders until TT Connect can resolve their network issues. We want to provide our loyal customers with a certain level of service and unfortunately on the TT Connect network this is not possible at the moment.

We will enable new orders as soon as we happy with the quality and stability of their network so please check back regularly.

Then I should consider switching from TT to Openserve or wait for Vuma....
If you have openserve available, switch immediately. It is unlikely that Vuma will overbuild TT and Openserve so that may be a long wait.
