So that's a no then They installed fibre to my mothers complex (only FNO) and I want to move her from the Fixed-LTE to an uncapped product.

Looks like Rain is the best option.

I have dealt first hand with their service its like stepping in a wet dog turd

Going to give them a skip. Couldn't be arsed to respond to a sales query, so can only imagine how infuriating it will be to get any support.
