If any of you good people eat canned tuna, how do you prepare it?

In a mayo sauce, or with chopped tomato and greenpepper, or ... ?

Out of the tin if I do it...

If the gf does it, with mayo and tomato on a sandwich.

Tuna, black pepper, chopped up fresh green chilli between two fresh slices of bread... yum :)

Mix it with hummus if you want a decent alternative to mayo - tastes awesome. I use canned tuna in fish cakes and salads. Not that much more that I enjoy doing with it apart from a tuna-melt and on biscuits or bread...

Firstly drain all the brine out until tuna is basically dry. Squeeze the lid down as hord as you can after opening ofcourse.

Mix a bit of mayo & peri-peri into the tuna, you dont want to soak the tuna just get it to the point where it kinda bins together.

Add chopped onion, tomato, gherkin or whatever you fancy and top of with some ground pepper.

I prefer mine on toast

I often eat canned tuna (in oil, yeah I know) on noodles with some grated cheese over it. Quick and easy.

Tuna + Mayo mixed = First layer on fresh toast.
4 layers of thinly sliced tomatoes = Second layer on fresh toast.
Salt + Black Pepper.

Munchkinz!

Looks like most people prepare it more or less the same way :)

I made mine with a spoonful of lite mayo, chopped onion, greenpepper, tomato, chilli. Then sound ground black pepper. Served on wholewheat bread and I put a few olives on top.

Holy crap, my spelling in that post is shocking! Need to type slower, brain can't keep up.

Well when I'm hungry I tuna

I tuna "oi get me some food, I'm HUNGRY"

and then she tunes me "get it yourself you lazy bliksem" :p

I like mixing in some chutney, some cubes of cheese and putting it on bread. Also works nicely with noodles.
