I've just been offered a new job and it's exactly what I was asking for(money-wise)
Problem is I only wanted to leave because of issues with management which have been fixed(he been fired).
So how do I turn down an offer. Email? Call?
Don't want to seem like I was wasting there time and don't want to burn bridges.
Help pls

You can turn it down in the same way it was offered, but best would be to phone.

Accept it, but on the basis you work from home.

Then secretly do 2 jobs at once.

Profit???

Just be honest. Tell them you've managed to sort out the reason why you would have been leaving and thank them for the offer but you are politely declining the offer.

This. Explain the situation honestly and don't burn your bridges. You may not need that job now but in future you might.

Tell them they were crazy to think you would ever think for a company like theirs, and to never contact you again.
