Please let's not start another "2/3 times the price LCD is as good as half/third of the price plasma at SD TV and black levels" discussion. No one's denying that.

I'm going to be bold and say right now: from viewing distance, text will be clear as daylight on games/movies etc.

Of course, unless you are connecting to a PC, with tiny fonts. Which he is not.
