Hi there,

I've got Vumatel / CoolIdeas 100/100 package.

Everything works great except for trying to live-stream to twitch. The upstream is rather unstable.

I was just live-streaming from 7pm to 8pm and got 32 unstable events.

Is this a Vumatel issue or is it a Cool Ideas issue? And does anyone know whom i can speak to to troubleshoot?

I'm attaching some screenshots of the twitch data.

Are you on aerial or Trenched Vumatel?

I had already started a test on 5 MB by the time i got your message. Left it running over night. Let me know if you want me to redo at 1mb. I also set the TCP window size to Automatic (OBS).

Here are the results:

@PBCool, im on aerial. Council refused to allow trenched.

You are never going to get it right. I'm on a 100/100 with Aeonova360 and I can not stream to twitch at all. Maybe the Italy server but none of the others.

Use https://restream.io London Server. I can even do 1080p at 8000 bitrate without any issues.

Your quality results are all just about 0 and indicates high jitter and speed variance. Are you trying to do it over wifi to the router?

1 minute test is plenty. Try TCP window size to 1MB

Milan is usually the one I use, but it looks like Lima/Peru is good for you for some reason?

Hmm, this is interesting. What package are you on? I'm not really understanding the pricing... is the basic service free?

No, this is through LAN wire to the broadband router. I'll kick off another test remotely for the parameters you mentioned and post the results when i get home.

It's free with no limitations. Sighnup and test and see how it works. Add your twitch and youtube channel and start streaming. Obs has a setting to use restream

Wow, thats incredible. I cant wait to give it a try!

By the way... whats your twitch channel? Mind if i check it out?

Killer ethernet?

Maybe that software is interfering.

I supposed its possible, though i would have expected a more consistent set of symptoms if that were the case. it came with the motherboard and I don't particularly use it so i'll uninstall it and see if that makes a diff.

I basically just stream when I play not a hardcore streamer at all. More of like a save recording of me playing. Youtube is nice all your videos gets save very nice.

restream.io is a great service. I added Twitch, Youtube and mixer and it streams without any issues. signup and do some of the speedtest there. I get like 120Mbps to london and nothing less than 80Mbps to any EU server and nothing less than 50Mbps to US or Asia. Enough bandwidth to push a very high quality stream. Also nice it's free with no ads nothing and you can add all your channels youtube and twitch and stream to them all at the same time.

Pushing a stream to the London server there was like max 10sec delay from live which is not bad I guess.
