All seems fine.
Thanks
Edit but boot still on d drive yet bcd shows on c?
This shows that boot manager on the D hdd.
Think it may be on that efi partition?Well i'm probably wrong about where the boot record is, the sure fire way to find out is unplug D drive and see if the computer still boots.
If it boots without D drive then your safe to "clean" the disk however you can. I'd get rid of that small 100mb partition too as it was part of the old windows setup.
A ubuntu live cd with gparted should do the trick if you still can't use the diskpart clean command.

Nope but not a major issue as Ive put it in a external enclosure. Issue is that ssd not the boot. And cant install windows 7 as its a gp/gt etc partition on ssd.Did you already try deleting the partition via the windows cd on boot?
Yep without drive D doesnt want to boot but now cant install on ssd!
Will have to go through process.
@ODTech any idea why two partitions on ssd? Upgraded from win 7 pro. Activated via internet.
Its a 100mb and 450 mb partition. Rest of ssd space is c drive.
These were two on d drive originally which i deleted to my knowledge. An efi partition and recovery partition.
