Hi Anyone noticed tymebanks downtime?? Can't use the app at all. The card was also down for a while. Apparently fixed.

Noticed yesterday already. Today transaction history doesn't want to load, but the goal save transfers seem to be working. Didn't try my card yet again, was declined 3 times yesterday morning. Luckily had a backup bank

I also have a backup bank, but it doesn't want to transfer to it. Payshap and eft down as well.

Hi, not sure if it's the right place to discuss this, but has anyone at mybroadband.co.za noticed that TymeBank is down and there is almost no communication from tymebank.

It does help to keep money in the backup bank. Otherwise it's like having a spare phone that isn't charged. Every bank gives issues, constantly. Unfortunately you have to juggle between them

Just searched on google and twitter. On twitter people are complaining about outages and there no news articles about this so far. I also see on tymebank's twitter they spoke about technical problems that were resolved yesterday. Maybe @Jan or someone at mybroadband should write article about this. People want to know.

Strange that there is news outage about this. Would have expected news24 or other media companies already talking about it. When capitec had outages there were articles about it.

Got an sms from them yesterday informing me they have problems with transactions. Last night I could do an eft to SB. This morning the app is still working for me.

Although I see IOL as a pure propaganda machine, they tend to be first with tech related articles even before MBB. Not even they reported on it. Must be because of the long weekend? Also think its because of the long weekend that there might have been no senior staff at TB to handle the crisis.
