Uber Eats and Mr D vs direct buying

Purchasing food on Mr D and Uber Eats is substantially more expensive than buying directly from a restaurant or takeaway outlet, even before adding delivery and service fees.

I deleted these apps. But I still need Uber to get my drunk ass home when I go to the pub, and you can order UberEats from the Uber app, so the bastards have me by the short and curlies.

Yeah but it's convenient when you really don't feel like getting in the car.
Plus with Mr D I like the fact that you can track your delivery guy on a map in real-time right to your door.

And then with the price markup the delivery person still wants a tip. :sneaky:
