Uber Eats vs Mr D Food - Price comparison

The two biggest food delivery platforms in South Africa are Uber Eats and Mr D Food, each of which offers a large selection of restaurants and charges their own delivery and service fees.

These applications partner with restaurants to facilitate deliveries to customers within a certain area. Food is delivered by driver-partners who use the app to choose when to accept deliveries and in which areas to operate.

I wish that you had included in store pricing as well.

Also, why order Debonairs from Mr Delivery or Uber when Debonairs already has a delivery service?

Uber Eats has free delivery though if you share a delivery partner. Article is useless for not mentioning that.

R50 off vouchers or 50% off with Uber Eats. Grabbed a pizza with extra toppings for R70 off and had dinner for Wednesday and Thursday.

I don't use any delivery service - I'm not going to promote the utter lawlessness the riders display.

There was an interesting slot on Cape Talk recently where restaurants complained how much of the profit went to these delivery companies. That would also make an interesting article.

He said a much better solution was to reduce its normal 30% service fee to 20% during the lockdown to help struggling restaurants.

I could be interested if Uber Eats and Mr D Food used strategy similar to checkers sixty60 they deliver within range not hand pick neighborhood's based on certain factor
Just just Uber and Bolt

We ordered Roccomommas the other day. First thought was to call them directly for delivery and skip Mr. D.

Had to download Roccomommas app and register an account. Yet another ****ing app with another ****ing account sou can get more ****ing spam.

So I ordered using Mr. D. Some of these restaurants only have themselves to blame.
