Also curious to know how to configure multiple NIC's under the networking section

Start with Ansible to setup Proxmox / Ubuntu - lots if scripts / examples on forums.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?

I got an example script, thats using Packer to build the template on Proxmox.
it's working 90%... it fails when Packer needs to ssh back into the OS/VM created to do the package configures.
It's a normal, everyone battles with it error/problem...

got it working... added openssh-server as a package to be installed.
