UCT application help

How do I know I have been accepted to UCT? My current application status is "We have your acceptance of our conditional offer". Does this mean that I am in or do I have to do submit something else, besides final results?

What were the conditions in your conditional offer?

Probably, the conditional offer will become a firm offer once they have your final results for whatever you were doing in 2019.

They have not given me any conditions. So I am unsure of what to do next.
