Ulcer in mouth

Another quick fix which always works is to jut put a clove in your mouth by te affected area, it numbs it nicely.

Or put a disprin on it... It will stop bugging you and you can leave it to heal

Disprin will leave a foul taste in the mouth

I get regularly mouth ulcers and use Lennon Turlington Drops. just use earbud and dip in the turlington and put on the ulcer, it will burn, but will seal the wound and help to heal it.

Yah but that stuff tastes FOUL!

I know, that is why I usually chuck normal table salt directly onto the opening and then rub it in. Makes me want to shoot [I enjoy the pain, which is strange since I'm not masochistic at all] through the roof but it has a 3 fold effect - it disinfects the sore, it numbs it and for some odd reason it helps mine heal within 2 days of me applying it. The key is to rub the salt in though. The bigger the sore though and the more you want to shoot through the roof.

el they dont make kenalog anymore.

They use phargel or something. It seems to work.

or dequadin paint or dynexan to numb it

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a little vinegar and gargle... try to get he liquid to repeatedly pass over the sore. Repeat 2- 3 times a day. Should stop painting and start going in 2 days

Did this, hurt like a mofo, but felt much better afterwards....

I like the idea of this

Mine isn`t an ucler...mine came from biting off a chunk off my lip in my sleep :erm:
woke up with a bloody pillow and #$*# lip

Don't. Disprins cause chemical burn. Tried it once - got crapped on by the dentist.

+1. If you want to make it worse then by all means use Disprin right onto the wound otherwise avoid doing it completely.

I have always suffered from ulcers after damaging the inside of mouth with fork or by biting my lip. They take a week to ten days to heal and all that can be done is to paint something on them. I used to use a muti called SM33 which was magic but I can no longer get it.

For regular sufferers, they seem to be caused by a vitamin C deficiency and a supplement will help in the longer term.

Rinse your mouth with warm water and a little salt. Do this 4 times a day

o.o

Weetbix with too little milk. So I used my tongue to clear the inside cheek whilst shutting my jaw. /Sniffs.

Pure/Raw Orange Juice! Citric acid deals with mouth ulcers fast. In fact if you have tendency to have ulcers form from various things like eg bitting inner cheeks even, have orange juice every so often. You will find wounds heal fast

So you guys don't think the herpes cream will help?

I once had braces and the pharmacist advised this when it cut my gums. Worked wonders even though I was so skeptical.

So this is a bit of a weird (and gross) story. I was chewing my pen a few days back (bad habit of mine) and my arm slipped off the desk . . . .

This thing hurt like a mofo yesterday and I had to keep applying the numbing gel (the pharmacist recommended some teething gel). Even so, it ruined my entire day and I was in a miserable mood the entire time. This morning I barely noticed it. It's definitely smaller and still throbs a little, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was gone tomorrow. The surrounding gums are also a lot less red than they were.

It's amazing how annoying/irritating such a small sore can be. I can't imagine how awful it has to be for those people who get it frequently.

Hell, I wish my penis were that long. :(

Not that I would chew on my penis, mind you. :wtf:
