Ultrabook pricing comparison (July 2012)

I am in the market for an Ultrabook. Incredible Connection, Menlyn have a number of Ultrabooks on display. The form factor and the screen resolution of the Asus Zenbook Prime (1600×900 13.3-inch LED) really blew me away. It is a higher resolution than the Macbook Air and looks better than the Air, which is getting a bit dated. After all the reviews I read, this is the ultrabook to have. I am sure to find it somewhere else at a cheaper price. I am also in two minds whether to wait for Windows 8 release before I buy it.

Yea it is a good link. I read it before. I don't agree with all of it for example that the Apple OS is superior. I have an iMac and a MacBook Air and I tried to move over to their OS but I found it frustrating. Windows is superior in all respects. When I make my own comparisons, based on the review, the Asus comes out tops. At least it is safe to say that it is the best Windows Ultrabook out there. I just received a quote for R13 300 for the i5 model.

Its a pity about the keyboard issues with the Asus UX otherwise I would be sold
