What kind of engineering?
 
wtf . did they use pritt? that's the second major one. is it the same company?
 
That seems to be the abutment for a bridge that is under construction, they are still in process of incrementally launching the deck.
 
UPDATE TO BRIDGE COLLAPSED

OLD BRIDGE PURPOSELY PUSHED OVER BY CONSTRUCTION WORKERS TO MAKE WAY FOR NEW BRIDGE.
OLD BRIDGE WAS BEING USED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BRIDGE HENCE THE CONFUSION OF IT FALLING OVER. THANK YOU TO ALL THAT RESPONDED.

From the colour of the Tower Crane it might be Group 5, but there are other contractors who have blue Tower Cranes.

Its taken forever to get that far .... now this.

That intersection is murder in the mornings and afternoons ..... not to mention it adds to the drive time to KISA .....
 
They started demolishing that on Monday this week, it was the temporary structure the new decks where launched off on the Mt Edgecombe side.
 
Nah, as it seems, it was part of the project plan originally if the bridge was being used to construct the new section.

Maybe so .... took a look at the google maps image again .... it may be that this was the M41 bypass during construction?
