Everyones arms bulge out like that when they carrying something, shes old and relatively fit

What you're seeing is severe self control. If, at age 60, I've got this c*nt of a photographer standing in my face, blazing a super-bright flash in my eyes, you'd have a new member at the local asylum and a new member at the local morgue.

It's diet, simple. She probably has less than 10% body fat, which for a woman is very low. That would cause her muscles (ample, fit) to stand out, also pushing the veins out since there's fat pretty much everywhere under your skin.
