Unable to access certain websites

I've been having the same problem for weeks if not months now. Numerous mails to their helpdesk, always the same response; "we had a problem, but it's fixed now". What a load of balls. They are totally incompetent and anyone that joins them when they have an alternative, just to save a couple of bucks, deserves the problems they are inheriting.
Unfortunately for me, telkom lines suck here and cellphone reception is almost as bad.
