(solved) Unable to access lan from browser??

I have a weird problem. My pc cannot access local ip's on my lan.
ie: my router ip : 192.1.1.1 it cannot access...
I have another pc running trixbox on the network (yes I am doing it!!) 192.1.1.4
it cannot access..

I can access these from the server and the laptop, just not my pc

I have tried in Chrome, IE7 and Firefox. it just times out...

I can access internet perfectly and I can browse the network fine in explorer.

Any ideas??

Netlimiter is an awesome little program...
Did you know that you can manage program permissions for your local network separately from the permissions for the internet?
Its cool..

Avg is not so awesome...
Did you know that if you (for some stupid reason) block avg from accessing your local network it (avg) blocks (out of spite I assume) any and all browsers from doing the same?
Its k*k....

So yes it was my firewall... stupid avg

Thanks Conradl :)
