Machines at the office are so fickle.

Some of them get the job done - others don't.

I want to capture both monitors at the same time - but it's only grabbing the primary "No.1" monitor, not both.
I've tried CTRL+PrintScrn and that's not working.

On other machines, its just a matter of PrintScrn and both monitors will be captured.

Its frustrating and slows down my work rate.

Any of your knowledgable input for a resolution would be appreciated.

I've googled, but most results relate to people wanting to only capture one screen at a time, which can obviously be done with ALT+PrintScrn on the desired monitor.

I need to Copy and Paste both monitors simultaneously please :o

Which operating system? On Win 7 there is that little app with which you can capture part of or full screen by selecting what you want to capture... For the life of me I can't remember what the app's name is. Perhaps that can extend over 2 screens
