Unable to view balance

Hi,

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but does anyone else have issues where data shows 0mb when checking the data balance in client zone?

I do too. I just got an sms stating I've used 67% of my data which is very worrying as it's only the 5th and I work from home.
 
I also got a message saying that I used 50% of my data and I have the 55GB package.

Hey guys, there was a data display issue experienced earlier this month, it has been resolved, unfortunately the usage graph is not operating correctly with many clients but remaining data should be visible. The SMS sent alerting clients to 50% usage was a system error. I know this is frustrating and I am sorry for the inconvenience caused as a result. Please drop me a PM if you are still confused or need any more info :thumbsup:
