It shouldn't really surprise me that the ANC Government favours big business over the common man, considering their track record on this, but surely, given their support base, you'd expect them to champion the poor and uneducated rather than the fat cats?

Firstly, what on earth has the ANC got to do with this?

Secondly, to address your point, the ANC government is consistently for the people and not big business in terms of laws and legislation implemented under their guidance. The NCA, CPA, upcoming TCF legislation all benefit the 'small man'. Throw in a credit amnesty every election year, and big business, especially banking, is really compromised.

It's amazing that in 2013 we still have such a glaring security concern within our banking industry and nothing is being done to address it by the banks or the government. The worst part is that it costs the victim money, whether he has the transaction reversed or not.
