Unauthorised Debit Orders

Ok .... WEll, if i say ok for R400 via a debit order to a merchant (an actual debit order), and a debit order for shopping (online) from the same account .... what is that called ? shopping ?

I suggest you read-up on what a debit order is;

A debit order is a way for a third party, that you have given permission, to collect money from your bank account. It's typically used to collect monthly subscriptions, insurance premiums or loan repayments.

It's not a once off transaction.

Pick 'n Pay charged you incorrectly for a once off purchase... that's all.
