Uncapped 384k

I have use www.uncapped.co.za (512k) for about 3 months. They offer good service, I got full speed consistently. I don't download as much as you guys but on average I would download about 20gigs a month

Too bad its going to use satellite for international as opposed to the SAT3 cable.

Then again, getting an uncapped IS account over Fibre starts around R2000+ a month just for the account.

WickedWeasel, so with this Uncapped 384K. The ISP won't mind if we do around 2.5gigs a day ??? (around 70gigs a month) ?

If you do 100gb per month, I dont mind, Yes we allow gamming. We also allow newsgroups.

This is on the IS backbone, we are working on another project to use UUnet, but we are not sure about the long term intentions with ADSL.

On the Uncapped without a router its month to month, with a router the shortest contract we have is 6 months.

i think you summed it up with that statement ,,,sounds like u guys are offering a very fair deal in todays broadband enviroment,,,good luck with uunet negotiation they really are a friendly ISP with regards to P2P,VOIP
