Uncapped ADSL special offer

I am an existing member of the 4mb offering.

Does the new "special" price apply to me as well, do I now pay less?

you are being screwed!!! Vodacom announced their having their bandwidth cost..........which makes this not a "special" anymore.....
 
What was the original Web Africa price before the special??

You can get roughly the same prices from these guys:

They also offer the lower speeds for people who can't spend that much for uncapped.

I agree though that anything that is this much more expensive than the DigiChilli & Screamer offers is a dead duck (even through those companies are making a mess of their launches - I guess they will get it right eventually).

Not to mention that 256kbps and 384kbps uncapped speeds are an absolute joke!

I agree, mybb has recently written a lot of articles this way. They are not clear and even worst quite a few times the titles of the articles are totally misleading. Please shape up writers or if its the editor responsibility, start doing your job.
 
Please mybb no more crap stories about uncapped until we see 4mb uncapped at around R300.
 
Does anyone know of an uncapped, unshapped 4mb/s ADSL offer? I can't seem to find one anywhere.

At that price, one would certainly expect no problems. One would demand no problems.

My personal recommendation is not to pay so much for broadband. This kind of price for a broadband package that doesn't even include line and ADSL rental cannot be justified in any manner shape or form.
 
@s0ulShatter - Yeah i also heard from them through the grapevine - its a " pre-launch cost price special". We bought two accounts for our company and so far its been happy surfing except for yesterday when the speeds dropped BADLY but I checked their notifications page to see what was going on and found out about the SAT 3 issue. I like that addition by the way! ISP's take notice!! Tell us what is going on please. Bigup BINC!
 
Thats still RIDICULOUS, when are they going to actually be reasonable I ask......
 
Reasonable uncapped is bandwidth is still some way away. At least we are making progress
