uncapped local?

are there ANY ISP's out there who have uncpped local (as per the ADSL regulations?) i stopped gettin by 30gig local account from Openweb purely because i believed that local would be uncapped by now

I haven't yet heard of any ISPs who can afford to offer uncapped local bandwidth at a decent price (due to the cost from upstream suppliers).

Most (including us) can offer fully uncapped accounts, but you pay the same rate as you would for intl bandwidth.
