I would like to know what my status is for my uncapped LTE promotion that i applied for 2 weeks ago, Firstly Telkom said I was in arrears on my adsl account, I paid it in full. They also informed me on the 26 of May that I was in arrears on my line rental for May I cannot be in arrears for the current month as it is not the end of the month. After numerous calls to the useless call center and many tickets logged I am yet to receive feedback regarding this. I recieved a call today after loging a new order, I could hear the lady on the other side telling her colleagues what she is having for lunch after 4 minutes I ended the call as I was extremely hungry.
I also work in a call centre and if I had to call a client and to the exact same, I would be unemployed and not be able to afford LTE.
I have been a Telkom client since 2014 where I am paying R200 for my line rental and my data at Afrihost. After inquiring why I am paying R200 instead of R170 I was informed it is "close enough" and its "fine". What is the telkom technical term for "fine"... As I am not a Telkom technician "fine" meaning "fine" for them or "fine" for me.
I do not have a problem with Telkom but can I get some kind of service.
