It's a question of who is more willing to be the one to compromise for their partner. For the person making compromises is that person worth the compromises they are making to be with tha person.

It seems as somebody on the outside looking in on many of my friends and family's relationship that many of the guys just compromise out of fear of their SO or just don't want to deal of the consequences disagreeing with her.

How do you notice such detail

Didn't she have boobs or a pretty face to stare at?

On a serious note, I try to keep it 50/50, I'm not her slave nor the other way around, but also there comes a point where one likes doing things for the SO, to a point though, it also fades away rather quickly.

Maybe I'm on the spectrum.

Despite liking pretty things I very rarely get distracted by them. (this is definitely a line I've used before)
