Unhappy Vox Clients

Just wanted to hear from fellow Vox clients on how happy / unhappy they are with Vox voice service offerings - or in fact offerings overall?

Not, cancelling contracts voice, mpls and internet.

I am very happy with their Fat Pipe data.

happy with the bolt on. just have an issue with logging onto the work vpn during peak times so I need to use another isp for that which is irritating. I have spoken to 2 technicians already. ill test tonight again.

Is this for Corporate or Home packages?

Home : Thumps up, FatPipe is a great product.
Work : Packages and performance are great.. However they have plenty to improve upon with their support desk which is atrocious.

Support is non existent - forget Vox from a business perspective.
